Where do you see the Federation going? What major changes have you seen?
I think the Indiana BASS Federation, as a whole is still strong. But fewer people are getting involved. Our organization is only as strong as our membership. Members need to get involved and "volunteer" to help in any way they can whether that be volunteering for an office, helping at a benefit tournament, or a kids event.

Every member should ask themselves or their director: "What one thing can I do to contribute?" Then follow it through with all your heart. We ALL have restraints on our time, and finances, plus we all like to fish. Select one federation event, project, or office like you'd select a tournament circuit to fish. Then do it to the fullest. I promise you, if every member would do this, and let the directors and officers lead the way, our problems are solved and the future is very bright and secure.
