Where do you see the Federation going? What major changes have you seen?
I think the Federation is on it's way toward doing more youth related projects. We now have Directors and Officers that believe that this is very important.

The biggest change is the doing away with "North- East- West- South" identities. The coming together of Directors and Officers to do what is best for the entire Federation, not just one region.
