TBF ONLINE CLUB / MEMBER ROSTER UPDATE
GO TO: www.tbfwebservices.com/app.php
Club Registration
Check New or Existing
Fill out Club Number, Club Name, Club Type (Regular), State, Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone number.
Click Register Club NOTE: Once your Club Registration request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a TBF Inc. Administrator. If the request is approved, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 3-4 business days for your request to be processed.
When you get the email with the password you can go back on the web site www.tbfwebservices.com/app.php and go to Show Login Page. Login
CLICK ON HELP ANY TIME
Click on States for Indiana
Click Clubs
Enter Club Number and select Search
Membership Updates
Select Year
Fill in the boxes
Select Submit and you should get and invoice # and print out 2 copies (you may need to adjust to size or select print to fit
Make a check out for the amount shown and send to TBF, 2300 E. Coleman, Ponca City, OK. 74604
Clubs may mail the TBF Rosters in. The club should still do the online registration.
REMEMBER, ALL MEMBERS MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE FLW STANDARD. THOSE NUMBERS MUST BE ADDED TO THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THEM ALREADY LISTED. THEY ALSO NEED TO BE ON YOUR STATE ROSTERS. TBF # AND FLW#. IF YOU DROP A MEMBER DRAW A LINE THROUGH THEIR NAME AND IF YOU ADD MEMBERS PUT THEM ON THE BOTTOM OR ON THE BACK WITH ALL INFORMATION FOR THEM.
