Bassfan Army Weekend Warrior TBF Northern Divisional Tournament
The Second Bassfan Army Weekend Warrior TBF Northern Divisional was held on Lakes Wawasee and Syracuse in Syracuse, Indiana on Sunday July 22nd, 2007.
The Syracuse area received over three inches of rain three days before the tournament and the fish had plenty of time to eat. The old saying 'You should have been here yesterday' rang true for Sunday's tournament. Blue bird skies prevailed and only one boater managed a limit of five fish. The rest of the field found the bite to be very tough.
Moving on to the Bassfan Army Weekend Warrior Championship will be Norbert Jaromin of the Indiana Bass Federation. Norbert fished as a boater and weighed in five fish weighing 12.46 pounds. Also moving on will be Bob Bruick of Ft. Wayne Indiana. Bob weighed in just two fish at 2.92 pounds but it was enough to win on the non-boater side.
Five of the six TBF State Northern Federations participated in this tournament. Represented were Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.

Even though the fishing was very tough, I hope each participant had a great time. I want to thank each TBF Northern Federation for sending an outstanding group of fisherman. I would also like to thank Bassfan and the TBF for making this possible.
