2016 IBF State Finals Tournament

Hello State anglers, my name is Craig Scholle and I will be your tournament director for the IBF State Finals Tournament on the Ohio River – Tanners Creek Ramp August 6th and 7th

Rosters are not all complete, many people do not have email and i have called and left messages with tons of anglers without response.  The cutoff will be Monday August 1st.  I will be calling more alternates the rest of this week.

Zone 3 Dist 5&6 and Zone 3 District 8 are the only rosters completed at the moment.

Registration & Meeting
Registration will be on Friday evening August 5th from 5:30pm to 6:45pm EST at Tanners Ramp pavillion. The meeting and pairings will follow at 7:00pm

All boaters must have proof of current insurance with a minimum of $300K liability policy. Which you should have had at the Top 8 tournament and you check marked on your State Finals entry form.

Big Bass
Big bass is $10 per angler for the weekend, we will pay 50% back for Saturday’s big bass and the remainder will go to Sunday’s big bass.  Overall Big Bass will receive a Trophy

Off Limits
OFF LIMITS are from SUNSET July 31st AND CONTINUE Through Thursday August 4th.  You may practice Friday August 5th.

Pairings/Boat Numbers
The Boat Numbers with pairings will be given at the meeting. (different pairings each day)   I will hand out both days pairings at the meeting

Launch will be at 06:45 am each day.  We will launch at the mouth of the river.

There will be two flights just to spread out the weigh-in. a Weigh-in check boat will be at the first bridge from the mouth of the river.  Sunday will be a shorter fishing day due to the complications of the standings and TBF qualifications and allow for angler travel home.

These Times are subject to change. Final times and flights will be given at meeting

Saturday –
1st flight   – 6:45am – 3:00pm
2nd flight  – 6:50am – 3:15pm

Sunday (in reverse order) –
1st flight  – 6:45am – 2:15pm
2nd flight  – 6:50am – 2:30pm
